Game validation errors
Use the most common Games validation messages to route a publish blocker to the right fix.
Use this page when the validation modal points to a game-specific problem. Start with the exact message first: it usually tells you whether the fix belongs in the game configuration itself or in shared rewards, dates, or notifications. For campaign-wide issues, start with Validation & publishing.
Game issues usually sit under Touchpoints
In the validation modal, game-builder problems usually appear under Touchpoints. Shared reward, date, or notification problems can still block a game, but their fix belongs in the campaign-level troubleshooting flow rather than only in the game screen.

Fast triage checklist
- Is the problem in the game configuration itself, or in shared rewards, dates, or notifications?
- Does the game have every mandatory media, option, and participant message it needs?
- If the game is luck-based, do all outcomes have valid probabilities, reward links, and lottery settings?
- If the game is performance-based, is there a valid
Leaderboardreward and a clear winner-resolution plan? - If the game uses 3D assets, do the referenced animations exist in the selected asset?
- After the fix, reopen the validation flow and confirm the message is gone or downgraded to a non-blocking severity.
