Pricing questions, answered.

Can I try OmniLab before committing?
Yes. You can start with a 1-month free trial — no credit card. Your team can run a full campaign end-to-end. After the trial, our team helps you pick the right plan.
Which apps are included in each plan?
Starter includes 2 apps of your choice from Games, Events, Treasure Hunts, Transactions, and Smart Links. Corporate and Enterprise include all 5 apps. You can upgrade between plans at any time.
What counts as a participant?
One person who takes part in a campaign and gives you their details. Someone who visits and leaves without signing up is not counted, and the same person taking part in two campaigns is counted once.
What's an organisation?
A separate workspace in OmniLab, with its own users, content and audience. Most customers use one per brand, per country, or per business unit. Starter includes 1, Corporate 5, and Enterprise 100.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We get in touch before you reach a ceiling on participants, organisations or users. Nothing is charged automatically and no campaign is switched off. Every tier can add more of all three.
Is the Digital Studio included?
Onboarding is included on every plan. The Digital Studio for 3D, AR, and custom campaign production is an optional add-on, sized at contract signature.
Do I need a long-term commitment?
Plans are billed annually. You can move tiers up at any time.
