Released 2 September 2026.

Platform

A new landing page layout: Custom sections. Build the landing page from your own sections, in the order you choose: touchpoints you pick by hand, automatic lists by category, rich text, rewards, badges and the call to action. The first time you switch, Studio builds sections that match your current page. This layout doesn't show the instructions, so put how-to-play text in a rich text section. See Custom sections layout.

Hide removes the call to action. The button stayed on the live landing page even when CTA Section was hidden. Hide now takes it off the landing page and off the page participants come back to. The button also needs both a CTA Label and a CTA Url to show, so a half-filled one no longer appears empty. See Configure the call to action.

Campaigns and templates are easier to find. The Campaigns and Templates pages have a search box, a Tags filter and Sort by, which work on the whole list, not just the page you see. Templates opens on Featured: the templates tagged featured, your own and those shared with you. Up to 12 of them also show under Start from a template on the Campaigns page. Sorting in Images & Files and 3D Models covers the whole library too. See Templates: export, import, and reuse and Create a campaign.

The badges grid shows 3D badges only. On the page participants come back to, the grid lists only touchpoints with a badge: earned badges in 3D, the others dimmed with a lock. A touchpoint without a badge no longer shows its picture instead. See Design a 3D badge.

List cards no longer show the subtitle. On the landing page, game and event cards shown as a List leave out the touchpoint's subtitle, so long text no longer breaks the layout. The subtitle still shows on the touchpoint's own page.

Games

Wheel of Fortune: an outer border. An optional Outer Border step adds a coloured ring at the wheel's edge, with Outer Border Size and Outer Border Color. Use it when your frame doesn't reach that edge. See Wheel of Fortune.

Memory cards fill the board evenly. Cards are as large as the screen allows, and no card is left alone on the last row. See Memory.

Transactions

Staff can correct a receipt's date and time. In the Receipt Host App, the receipt edit form has Date and Heure (time). A time needs a date. Saving checks the receipt against your rules again. See Correct a receipt decision.

Shoppers see which files a receipt game accepts. The upload names the formats: JPG, PNG or WebP, and no PDF. A file the shopper's browser can't open shows Unsupported format, where it used to fail with a generic error. The Receipt Host App's own photo upload refuses it too. See OCR issues.

Integrations

Add-on settings ignore stray spaces. A value pasted with spaces around it, such as a centre code, no longer fails to match your organisation at publication. A value that is blank, or only spaces, counts as missing. See Connect your email platform.
