Forms

Choose the right form to identify participants at sign-up or collect extra answers during a Touchpoint.

Collect the participant data your Campaign needs at the right moment: an acquisition form to identify and subscribe people at sign-up, or a participation form to ask extra questions during a Touchpoint. This section helps you choose the right form, set it up at the right level, and see what participants will experience.

Two forms, two moments

An acquisition form identifies or subscribes a participant at sign-up. A participation form collects extra answers during a Touchpoint.

Where each form appears

The acquisition form appears at the start of the journey, during sign-up or opt-in. The participation form appears later, inside a Touchpoint, when you need extra answers before the participant continues.

Acquisition Form

Use an acquisition form when the Campaign needs one shared sign-up and consent step before participants continue.
