Participation Form
Collect extra answers from participants during a Touchpoint, set up once or per Touchpoint.
Ask participants for extra information during a Touchpoint, before they continue. A participation form can be turned off, set once for the whole Campaign, or set separately per Touchpoint.
No fallback per Touchpoint
When you set this up per Touchpoint, OmniLab does not reuse a campaign-level form automatically. Each Touchpoint is set up on its own.
