Participation Form

Participation forms collect extra information during a touchpoint. They follow the three-state model used elsewhere in OmniLab: effectively disabled, managed once at campaign level, or configured separately on each touchpoint.
No fallback at touchpoint level
When you choose Touchpoint Level, OmniLab does not reuse a campaign-level participation form automatically. Each touchpoint must be configured separately.
