Enable and choose scope

Turn the participation form on and choose whether one form covers the Campaign or each Touchpoint has its own.

Turn the participation form on and decide where it is managed, so the right questions appear at the right Touchpoints. This is the single decision that shapes the rest of your setup.

Before you begin

  • You can edit the Campaign in OmniLab Studio.
  • You have a form layout ready, or you are ready to create one from the selector.

Steps

Open Participation Form Configuration

Go to Build > General and select the edit icon on the Participation Form card.

Campaign Build view, General tab, with the Edit Participation Form button highlighted

Choose where the form is managed

Set Participation Form Scope to Campaign Level or Touchpoint Level.

To keep the form off, stay at Campaign Level and leave Enable Form Schema turned off.

Turn on the shared form at campaign level

If you chose Campaign Level, turn on Enable Form Schema.

Select the form layout

Choose an existing layout from the dropdown, or create a new one with Create new schema.

If the form is turned on but no layout is selected, publishing is blocked. Choose a layout before you save.

Choose how often participants fill it

When the form is managed at Campaign Level, choose how often it appears:

  • Once per campaign when one submission should cover the whole Campaign.
  • Once per touchpoint when the same form should be filled once for each Touchpoint.

Save the configuration

Select Save. If you chose Touchpoint Level, continue by setting up the Touchpoints that should show a participation form.

What each choice means

ChoiceResult
Campaign level, form offNo participation form is shown
Campaign level, form onOne centrally managed form is reused across the Campaign
Per TouchpointEach Touchpoint controls its own participation form

If you just want the same questions everywhere, choose campaign level with the form on.

Per Touchpoint means manual setup

Once you set this up per Touchpoint, there is no campaign-level fallback. A Touchpoint shows a participation form only if you set one up there.

If something's blocked

  • The form is turned on but no layout is selected — open Participation Form Configuration, turn the form on, and choose a layout from the dropdown.
