Enable and choose scope
Decide whether one participation form covers the whole campaign or each touchpoint has its own, before you pick the questions.
Before you pick the questions, choose where the form is set. The choice is the Participation Form Scope, in Build > General > Participation Form.

| Campaign Level | Every touchpoint asks the same questions | Switch on Enable Form Schema in the same window. See Configure at campaign level. |
| Touchpoint Level | Only some touchpoints ask, or they ask different questions | Switch the form on in each touchpoint. See Configure at touchpoint level. |
A campaign has no participation form when the scope is Campaign Level and Enable Form Schema is off.
Change the scope
In the campaign, open Build > General.

On Participation Form, select the edit button.

Under Participation Form Scope, choose Campaign Level or Touchpoint Level.

In the warning that opens, select Continue.
Answers already collected may no longer match the form: export them first from Participants.

Select Save.
Each scope keeps its own settings, so switching back restores the campaign form.
