Exports & reports

Download dashboard snapshots and operational datasets from analytics, participants, bookings, rankings, and OmniLab Smart Links.

Get your campaign data out of OmniLab in the right format: pick the area that answers your question, then download a dashboard snapshot or a row-by-row data file.

Before you begin

  • Know whether you need a visual snapshot, a participant file, a booking file, or a ranking report.
  • Open the relevant campaign or published OmniLab Smart Link first.

Two export formats

You can export analytics dashboards as a PDF and download tables and operational reports as a CSV.

Choose the right export

For a shareable picture of performance, export a PDF from Analytics. For data you'll work with in a spreadsheet, export a CSV from the matching area below.

Campaign AnalyticsShare a dashboard snapshot for a chosen date rangePDF
ParticipantsExport participant records, contact data, reward states, and touchpoint activityCSV
ParticipantsParticipation forms dataExport participation-form submissionsCSV, or a ZIP of CSVs when submissions are split by touchpoint

Export a dashboard snapshot

Open the analytics view

Open Analytics from the campaign sidebar. For OmniLab Smart Links, open the published OmniLab Smart Link details page and select Analytics.

Run the dashboard for the right dates

Choose Start Date and End Date, then click Run so the dashboard reflects the period you want to share.

Export the PDF

In the top-right of the dashboard, click Export PDF. When the file is ready, it downloads to your computer.

Export record-level data

  • In Participants, click Download, then choose All participants data or Participation forms data.
  • In Bookings, use the table download action for the booking list.
  • In BookingsPerformance, choose Group by, then narrow by event or ticket type if needed before you Download CSV.
  • In Leaderboard, select the game or touchpoints ranking you want to review, refresh the rankings, then download the CSV.

Export participation-form data

Export participant responses from forms as a spreadsheet. This is useful when you need to share form submissions with another team, run analysis in a spreadsheet, or bulk-import data elsewhere.

Before you begin

  • Open the campaign where you configured a participation form.
  • Have at least one participant response submitted to the form (a published touchpoint where players entered their information).

Open the Participants section

In the campaign sidebar, click Participants. This view lists every participant, with columns for email, participation date, and the touchpoints they engaged with.

Open the Download menu

In the top-right of the participants table, click Download. A short menu opens with two choices:

  • All participants data — every participant record, including contact data, reward states, and touchpoint activity.
  • Participation forms data — only the responses submitted to your participation form.

Choose Participation forms data

Click Participation forms data. The CSV starts downloading to your computer immediately.

Open the file

Go to your Downloads folder and open the CSV file in your spreadsheet application (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, etc.).

What you'll have

A CSV file with one row per participant and columns for each form field. The file is ready to share, analyze, or import into another system. If your participation form spans multiple touchpoints, you may receive one CSV per touchpoint or a ZIP file containing all of them — check your Downloads folder.

What exports are best for

Exports in OmniLab are operational working files. They are especially useful for:

  • prize fulfilment and winner follow-up
  • booking and check-in operations
  • participation-form handoff to another team
  • spreadsheet analysis and external reporting

Exports are generated on demand and download straight to your computer.
