Before you begin

  • Know whether you need a visual snapshot, a participant file, a booking file, or a ranking report.
  • Open the relevant campaign or published Smart Link first.

What exports are best for

Exports in OmniLab are operational working files. They are especially useful for:

  • prize fulfilment and winner follow-up
  • booking and check-in operations
  • participation-form handoff to another team
  • spreadsheet analysis and external reporting

Current backoffice exports are generated on demand and downloaded directly from the UI.
