Download the bookings Excel
Export the attendee list from Bookings and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.
Export your attendee list as a spreadsheet so you can sort, share, or report on it outside OmniLab.
The file you get
Download gives you a .csv file. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
Before you begin
- You can open the campaign's bookings dashboard in OmniLab Studio.
Download the file
Open Bookings
In OmniLab Studio, open your campaign and select Bookings.
Review the list (optional)
Use the search box and filters to check the attendee rows before you export.
Select Download
Select Download above the All Bookings list. The file saves to your device.
What the export includes
| Columns | Why they matter |
|---|---|
| Booking ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number | Identify and contact the guest. |
| Reservation time, Start Date, Touchpoint, Ticket Type, Ticket Number, Status | Run the day and reconcile who attended. |
| ID, External ID, Opt-in | Match the export with your CRM or reporting tools. |
Columns like attendee1.form... | Review answers each guest gave during booking. |
When a ticket form collects answers from guests, OmniLab adds those answers as extra columns. So the column set grows with the questions you ask.
Filters don't limit the export
Download exports the whole campaign's bookings, not only the rows you've filtered on screen. Use filters to review the list, then export to get the full file.
When to use Performance instead
For totals and grouped reporting rather than one row per guest, open the Performance tab, choose how you want the data grouped, then select Download CSV.
