Download the bookings Excel

Export the attendee list from Bookings and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.

In this article, you'll download the attendee export from Bookings so you can work with the list outside OmniLab.

Current download format

The current Download action exports a .csv file. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers if you need a spreadsheet view.

Prerequisites

  • You can open the campaign's Bookings dashboard in Studio.

Download the file

Open Bookings

Go to Studio -> [your campaign] -> Bookings.

Review the on-screen list

Use the search box and filters if you want to review the current attendee rows before you export.

Click Download

Use Download above the All Bookings table. OmniLab downloads the file to your device as CSV.

What the export includes today

Common columnsWhy they matter
Booking ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone NumberIdentify and contact the attendee.
Reservation time, Start Date, Touchpoint, Ticket Type, Ticket Number, StatusRun day-of operations and reconcile attendance.
ID, External ID, Opt-inMatch the export with your CRM or reporting tools.
attendee1.form... style columnsReview attendee answers collected during booking.

The exact set of columns can grow when ticket forms collect attendee answers. OmniLab adds those answers as extra columns in the export.

Important detail about filters

The current Download action exports the campaign's Bookings dataset, not only the rows currently filtered on screen. Use filters to inspect the list first, then export when you need the full attendee file.

When to use Performance instead

If you need grouped KPI reporting instead of attendee-level rows, open the Performance tab and use its Download CSV action after choosing the grouping you need.
