Notification types reference

Review each notification type, its trigger, scope options, and the campaign setups where it applies.

Look up any notification type to see what triggers it, where it applies, and which scope options you can choose — so you pick the right one for your campaign.

You may also see Participate

Some campaigns also show Participate, a global-only notification that fires when a visitor enters through the landing-page participation flow. If you see that card in Build > Notifications, it uses the same email fields as other notifications but does not offer a per-object tab.

Reminder requires cancellation

If you turn on Booking Confirmation Reminder, Booking Cancellation must also be active. If cancellation is off, the campaign is blocked at publish time.

Booking notification types matter only for activities with booking enabled. If a campaign has no bookable activities, those types don't apply.
