Platform
Form answers with participant data. Participants > All Participants > Download has a third file, Form answers with participant data: each participation form answer, with the participant's name, email and other contact details beside it. It covers every participant, whatever filter is on screen. See Exports & reports.
Events
Clearer check-in results in the Event Host App. Each result says what happened: Booking already used, with when it was used; Booking cancelled, in grey; Too early to check in or Too late to check in, with the slot's start time. Check in anyway replaces Continue Check-In. In the lists, Confirmed is blue and Checked in green, with the time. If your hosts' briefing uses the old names, update it. See Check-in statuses.
Manual check-in shows the number of tickets. After Check in, the Confirm check-in window asks you to check the name and confirm with Check in 1 ticket, or the number of tickets booked. See Manual check-in.
Full dates and 24-hour times. The Event Host App, the Bookings tables in Studio and the bookings file show dates in full, with 24-hour times. The file uses the campaign's time zone. If a spreadsheet or another tool reads the file, check it accepts the new format. See Download the bookings CSV.
The Event Host App follows its language switch everywhere. Every text, the sign-in screen included, follows the EN/FR switch, and the Usage guide has its own switch at the top. See Go through the daily guide.
