Configure at campaign level
Apply one shared participation form across the Campaign and choose how often participants fill it.
Set up one participation form that every Touchpoint uses, and decide whether participants fill it once for the Campaign or once per Touchpoint. This is the simplest setup when the same questions apply everywhere.
Before you begin
- In OmniLab Studio > Build > General > Participation Form Configuration, the scope is set to Campaign Level.
- You know which form layout you want to use.
- You want one shared form across the Campaign.
Steps
Open Participation Form Configuration
Go to Build > General and select the edit icon on the Participation Form card.

Turn on Enable Form Schema
Turn on Enable Form Schema so the shared form becomes active for the Campaign.

Select the form layout
Choose the layout you want to reuse across the Campaign. To use a new one, create it with Create new schema before you save.

Choose how often participants fill it
Pick one of the two campaign-level options:
- Once per campaign when one submission should cover the whole Campaign.
- Once per touchpoint when the same form should be filled again for each Touchpoint.

What the frequency changes
| Frequency | What participants experience | Use this when |
|---|---|---|
| Once per campaign | The form appears once, then they continue across the Campaign without filling it again | You want a single shared profile step |
| Once per touchpoint | The same form can appear again for each Touchpoint | You want the same questions at each Touchpoint in the journey |
Before you change an active form
Export answers before major changes
Changing the selected form after responses already exist can make past answers hard to read. Export existing participation form answers before you switch the form or change where it is managed.
If something's blocked
- The form is turned on but no layout is selected — open Participation Form Configuration and choose a layout from the dropdown.
