Configure at campaign level
Apply one shared participation form schema to the campaign and choose how often participants fill it.
In this article, you'll configure the shared participation form that applies at campaign level and decide whether participants complete it once for the campaign or once per touchpoint.
Prerequisites
- In
Studio -> Build -> General -> Participation Form Configuration, the scope is set toCampaign Level. - You know which form schema you want to use.
- You want one shared schema across the campaign.
Configuration
Open Participation Form Configuration
Navigate to Studio -> Build -> General -> Participation Form Configuration.
Turn on Enable Form Schema
Switch on Enable Form Schema so the shared form becomes active for the campaign.
Select the form schema
Choose the schema you want to reuse across the campaign. If you need a new one, create it from the selector before saving.
Choose the fill frequency
Pick one of the two campaign-level behaviors:
Once per campaign: one submission covers the whole campaignOnce per touchpoint: the same schema is filled again for each touchpoint
Save
Click Save to apply the shared configuration.
What the frequency changes

Before you change an active schema
Export answers before major changes
Changing the selected schema after responses already exist can make historical answers unusable. Export existing participation form answers before you switch schemas or change the scope model.
