Configure notifications for a receipt challenge
Decide which emails to send shoppers after they upload a receipt, then set them up in the Platform guides.
Decide which emails to send shoppers after they upload a receipt, so they know whether they won and what to do next. A receipt challenge usually needs fewer notifications than a game-heavy campaign.
The types you'll reach for most are Winner, Loser, Eligible, and Reward Redeemed. If the receipt challenge unlocks other Touchpoints, Touchpoint Unlocked can matter too.
Notifications are set up in the Platform area
Operators review sessions and receipts in the receipt back-office, but the email templates and who receives them are set in the Platform notifications area.
Common notification choices
| Goal | Notification type | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Confirm an instant result after review | Winner or Loser | Sends a formal email after the on-screen result. |
| Confirm a prize-draw entry | Eligible | Useful when the reward isn't decided right away. |
| Confirm a reward was claimed or used | Reward Redeemed | Good for coupon or prize follow-up. |
| Announce a new path in a larger campaign | Touchpoint Unlocked | Only when the receipt challenge unlocks another Touchpoint. |
