Set opt-in for an event
See how Opt-in applies to event Activities and where to configure it at campaign or Touchpoint level.
Collect attendee consent the right way so your event data is usable and compliant. OmniLab Events gather data through booking, participation, or check-in forms, but those forms do not turn on Opt-in. The campaign still needs an explicit consent setup that matches what you collect and why.
In most event campaigns, keep Opt-in at the campaign level so the same consent text covers the whole attendee journey. Switch to the Touchpoint level only when one Activity needs its own terms — for example, a partner-run VIP session inside a larger festival campaign.
Forms do not replace Opt-in
The Booking Form, Participation Form, and Check-in Form can collect extra information, but they do not replace the right Opt-in scope and consent text.
