Configure notifications for a hunt

Understand how Treasure Hunts use notification emails and where to configure them.

Treasure Hunts use the shared OmniLab Notifications system. That means the email setup is not unique to Treasure Hunts: you activate the notification type you need, choose the right scope, and complete the email content in the Platform notification area.

For Treasure Hunts, the most relevant notifications are usually milestone or outcome emails, such as Touchpoint Unlocked when collection progress matters, or reward-based notifications when the hunt is tied to a prize flow.

Notifications only send when the whole setup is complete

The notification type must be active, its content must be configured, and your organisation must have a supported email platform available.
