Configure notifications for a hunt
Understand how OmniLab Treasure Hunts use notification emails and where to configure them.
Send participants a follow-up email at the right moment in your hunt, such as when they unlock progress or win a prize. OmniLab Treasure Hunts use the shared OmniLab Notifications system, so you turn on the notification you need, choose where it applies, and write the email in the Platform notification area.
For OmniLab Treasure Hunts, the most useful notifications are usually milestone or outcome emails. Touchpoint Unlocked fits when collection progress matters, and reward-based notifications fit when the hunt leads to a prize.
Notifications only send when the whole setup is complete
The notification must be active, its content must be filled in, and your organisation must have a supported email platform available.
