Open one shopper's session to see exactly what happened, receipt by receipt.
Get to the bottom of a single shopper's experience when the overall numbers are not enough. The session view gives you the full picture: session totals, the status of each receipt, the rewards unlocked, and a timeline of everything that happened.
What you can see at session level
Open a session to review:
- the validated amount
- the amount still waiting for review
- the status of each receipt, such as valid, pending, refused, incomplete, or duplicate
- reward progress bars
- the rewards that were handed out
The session timeline
Each session also has a OmniLab Transactions timeline. It lists every reward-related event for that session:
- each reward action and its result
- the time and status of each event
- a record of what changed and when
Use the timeline when you need to explain why a reward action later succeeded or failed.
When to use this
Open a session in detail when:
- a shopper disputes a reward they expected
- a reward shows as unlocked in one place but not another
- you need to confirm whether an operator's action changed the final result
- a reward delivery or a connected system needs investigating
