Steps
Open the Header section
On the campaign's Landing Page, find the Header Information card ("Edit your campaign banner, title and description") and click the edit (pencil) button on the right.

Upload the banner
In the Update Header panel, use the Banner field to upload the main header image. Click Select a File to add a new image, or use Replace attachment / Remove attachment to change one that's already there.

Check the recommended banner size
Click See Specs at the top right of the Banner section to confirm the recommended dimensions before you upload.

Add a title and subtitle
Enter the main heading in Title, then add supporting context in Subtitle. The subtitle can be a short explanation, a seasonal line, or a practical instruction.

Choose which header buttons to show
Turn on Hide Participation Button to remove the main entry button from the header. Turn on Hide Rewards and Legal Buttons to keep both of those buttons hidden. Leave a toggle off to keep the matching button visible.

Save the header
Click Save to apply the banner, title, subtitle, and button settings. Then open the live landing page to check the banner crop, title length, and subtitle readability.

Result
The header now shows your banner, title, and subtitle at the top of the landing page, with the participation, rewards, and legal buttons displayed according to your toggle choices.
Banner guidance
- Use a landscape image (900 x 600 px, a 3:2 ratio). The same size is listed under See Specs.
- Recommended web formats are JPEG, WEBP, or PNG.
- Keep the file lightweight so the page loads fast.
Working in more than one language
The Title and Subtitle follow the campaign language selector in OmniLab Studio, so you can write a version for each language. The banner image and button settings are shared across languages.
Advent Calendar subtitles
When the landing page uses the Advent Calendar layout, the subtitle field supports richer formatting than the plain text box used by the other layouts.
If something's blocked
- The landing page is enabled but the header isn't set up — open Landing Page → Header and complete the header.
- The title is missing — enter a title in the Title field.
- The banner is missing — upload a banner image.
- The subtitle is missing — add a subtitle to give participants more context.
See Validation & publishing for how these checks surface before publish.
