Export a campaign as a template ZIP file
Pack a campaign into a ZIP file and get a link to hand to an organisation you can't share with directly.
A template file packs a whole campaign into one ZIP: touchpoints, rewards, theme, forms, notifications and every image they use. Another organisation imports it and builds its own campaign from it. Use it when you can't reach that organisation yourself. If you can, sharing the template is quicker. Here, Lindenhall exports its Winter Wonderland campaign.
Create the ZIP

In the campaign, select the arrow next to Publish.

Select Save as template file.
Studio confirms with Template File Generated and files the ZIP in your media library.
Copy its link

In the side menu, select Assets Library.

Select Images and Files.

On the file named after your campaign, ending in -templateFile and tagged ZIP, select More Actions.

Select Copy Link.
Opening the Media Public Link downloads the ZIP. Anyone with the link can download it, so send it only to the people setting up the other organisation.
What travels in the ZIP
The campaign's structure and content travel, including its notification settings. Coupon codes don't, so a campaign made from the file starts with an empty coupon pool. The receiving organisation also sets its own dates, public link and add-ons.
