Set the participation form for a game
How participation forms apply to games and where to configure them depending on the campaign scope.
A participation form lets you collect extra information during a game flow. In OmniLab, this feature can stay disabled, be shared at campaign level, or be configured separately for each touchpoint.
Pattern A: three-state
Participation Form, like Notifications and Opt-in, is a three-state feature: Disabled, Campaign Level, or Touchpoint Level.

If every game in the campaign should ask the same questions, keep the participation form at campaign level. Switch to touchpoint level only when this game needs its own schema, or when only selected games should collect extra data.
