Set the participation form for a game

Collect extra details from players during the game flow, for one game or the whole campaign.

Gather extra details from players as they go through a game, such as a size, a preference, or a store choice. You can keep the participation form off, share one form across the campaign, or give this game its own.

The form can be off, shared, or per-game

A participation form can be turned off, set once for the whole campaign (Campaign Level), or set separately per touchpoint (Touchpoint Level). It works the same way as Notifications and Opt-in.

Campaign Level vs Touchpoint Level is a single choice for the whole campaign, set once in Build > General — you can't switch scope for just this one game. Ask for Touchpoint Level when any game in the campaign needs its own questions, or when only some games should collect extra data; once the campaign is set to Touchpoint Level, each touchpoint then turns its own participation form on or off individually.
