Set the participation form for a game
Collect extra details from players during the game flow, for one game or the whole campaign.
Gather extra details from players as they go through a game, such as a size, a preference, or a store choice. You can keep the participation form off, share one form across the campaign, or give this game its own.
The form can be off, shared, or per-game
A participation form can be turned off, set once for the whole campaign (Campaign Level), or set separately per touchpoint (Touchpoint Level). It works the same way as Notifications and Opt-in.

Keep the form at Campaign Level when every game in the campaign should ask the same questions. Switch to Touchpoint Level when this game needs its own questions, or when only some games should collect extra data.
