Access bookings & tickets

Find any guest's booking, download their ticket, and export the attendee list.

Find any guest, check their booking, download a ticket, or export the full list. The bookings dashboard is your control center for day-of attendee work.

Before you begin

  • You can open the campaign in OmniLab Studio.
  • The Activity already has bookings. If your team only needs to check guests in from a phone, use Use the Scanner App on the day instead.

Open the bookings dashboard

Open Bookings

In OmniLab Studio, open your campaign and select Bookings. Stay on the All Bookings tab for attendee-level work.

Search and filter the list

Type into the search box to find a guest fast. To narrow further, filter by Activity, Start Date, Status, and Ticket Type.

Just before doors open, filter to one Activity and one Start Date so you only see who's arriving now. Clear the filters when you need the whole campaign again.

Show the columns your team needs

Use View to turn on extra columns such as Host, Ticket Number, Phone Number, Booking ID, and External ID.

The table already shows attendee names, Email, Booking Time, Slot Start Date, Activity, Ticket Type, Status, and an icon for each guest's booking answers.
