Learn where event publication happens in OmniLab and which campaign checks to clear before launch.
In OmniLab, events are published through the campaign publish flow. Your event activity goes live when the campaign passes validation and the campaign itself is published.
Publishing is campaign-wide
If the campaign contains several activities or other touchpoints, the publish action applies to the campaign as a whole, not to one event in isolation.
Use the platform publishing guides below for the canonical process, then return to this Events > Launch section for the event-specific finish work: test the attendee journey, confirm the public URL, prepare QR codes, and set up the Scanner App for staff.
