Set the participation form for a hunt
Understand when a Treasure Hunt should use a Participation Form and where to configure it.
Use a Participation Form on a Treasure Hunt when you need extra participant details as part of the touchpoint experience, such as a team name, store preference, or another campaign-specific answer.
Like Opt-in, Participation Forms use the shared Platform scope model. If every touchpoint should ask the same questions, campaign-level setup is usually the simplest choice. If this Treasure Hunt needs its own form, use touchpoint-level configuration instead.
Choose touchpoint level only when the hunt needs different questions
If the Treasure Hunt should collect information that other touchpoints do not need, touchpoint-level setup gives you that flexibility without changing the rest of the campaign.
