Set opt-in for a hunt
Understand how Opt-in applies to Treasure Hunts and where to configure it for your campaign.
Treasure Hunts use the shared OmniLab Opt-in model. In most campaigns, Opt-in is managed at the campaign level so the same consent step applies everywhere. If your campaign uses touchpoint-level scope instead, the hunt has its own Terms & Conditions configuration.
This usually comes down to one choice: should the whole campaign share the same consent and terms, or does this Treasure Hunt need its own legal setup?
Start with campaign-level Opt-in unless the hunt truly differs
If the same consent wording and terms apply across the whole campaign, keep Opt-in at campaign level. Switch to touchpoint-level only when this hunt genuinely needs its own setup.
