SSO & Customer accounts

Let your team or your customers sign in to OmniLab using existing accounts.

Connect OmniLab to your existing accounts so your team or your customers sign in without a separate password. This section is for your IT or identity team. OmniLab supports two distinct types of identity integration:

  • SSO for internal users — let your employees and admins log in with their existing company account (Microsoft, Salesforce, or another provider).
  • Customer accounts (CIAM) — let your end-users (participants, loyalty members, shoppers) sign in with their own account, so OmniLab can recognise them and personalise their experience.

These are separate setups with different purposes. You may use one or both depending on your needs.
