Set restrictions for a game
Limit how often people can play a game and when it is available.
1 min read
Control how often people can play and when the game is open, so a promotion stays fair and within budget. Restrictions are always set on the game itself.
Open the game in Build > Touchpoints, then use its Restrictions tab to set those limits.
Common setups include one play per participant, a total cap for a limited promotion, or availability only during opening hours or a short activation window.
Available restrictions depend on the game type
Most games support per-participant and total play limits. Some game types add controls such as time windows or code-based access. Use the fields shown in your game's Restrictions tab rather than assuming every game offers the same mix.
