Set restrictions for a game
See which game restrictions are commonly used, then configure the exact rule set on the touchpoint that needs it.
In this article, you'll see how restrictions apply to games, and where to configure the detailed rule set for the game you are working on.
Restrictions are always game-level. Open the game in Build -> Touchpoints, then use its Restrictions tab to limit how often people can play or when the game is available.
Common patterns include one play per participant, a total cap for a limited promotion, or availability only during opening hours or a short activation window.
Restriction availability depends on the game type
Most games support per-participant and total participation limits. Some game types also expose extra controls such as time windows or code-based access. Follow the fields shown in your game's Restrictions tab rather than assuming every game offers the same mix.
