Configure notifications for a game

In this article, you'll see how notifications apply to games, and which Platform article to use for the detailed setup.
For game campaigns, the notification types you will review most often are Touchpoint Unlocked, Winner, Loser, Eligible, and Reward Redeemed. Each type is configured separately, so you can keep one active while leaving another disabled.
When the selected type supports it, OmniLab lets you keep one campaign-wide email or tailor the content per reward or per touchpoint. That choice lives in the Notifications area, not inside the game screen itself.
Notifications are off until you activate them
Every notification type starts disabled. If you do not turn a type on and complete its email settings, OmniLab will not send that message.
