Configure notifications for a game
Choose which emails a game sends to players and decide where to set them up.
Keep players informed at the right moments by turning on the emails a game can send, from a win to a redeemed reward.
The notification types you will use most often for games are Touchpoint Unlocked, Winner, Loser, Eligible, and Reward Redeemed. You set up each type on its own, so you can keep one active while another stays off.
When a type supports it, you can use one email for the whole campaign or tailor the content per reward or per Touchpoint. You make that choice in the Notifications area, not on the game screen.
Notifications are off until you turn them on
Every notification type starts disabled. A message only sends after you turn its type on and finish its email settings.
